At Enshin Combat Sports you will learn the Mixed Martial Art. We are dedicated to providing our members with elite martial arts instruction. TRAINING PROGRAMS
You will begin by learning basic stances, kicks and punches. Working at your own pace, your body will adjust to regular exercise and you will begin gaining flexibility. Eventually you will be challenged with more and more advanced techniques. You will learn forms, combinations, and self-defense moves and more at every level.

 

PRESCHOOL / KINDERGARTEN AND JUNIOR
Approximately 3 to 5 Years AND 5 to 10 Years
At this young age, Dojo is dedicated to help our young students develop basic skills that both parents and children can be proud of.

GROUND SELF-DEFENSE
Junior Level and Above
This program will show our students how to defend themselves if they find themselves on the ground during an altercation.
KICKBOXING
Junior Level and Above
Our kickboxing classes are designed to take sparring to the next level while furthering each student's fitness level and cardio goals.
YOUTH & SPORT TRAINING
All Ages
This program helps our students gain an overall confidence in what their body can do while giving them skills they can apply to other sports and activities.
